    This is so important to help relieve some of the pressure off of Todd and Leslie. It also allows us to contract global management candidates at a living wage in their countries while maintaining low operational and infrastructure expenses, so that the bulk of the proceeds from PEER Servants continue to go to our international partners for those in need.

    The Lord has handpicked those He is calling to serve on the management team at PEER. It will be a fantastic team with great passion for the Lord and compassion for the materially poor. I'm excited for the future of PEER when the new management team comes on board. May the Lord be glorified by the excellent work the team is going to do for Him!

About Cause 14 - Global Management Team Initiative

PEER Servants has started preparing for eventual senior management transition. One step in that process is identifying who God is raising up to become the next President, but an equally important step is building a Senior Management Team that can support the new President. PEER Servants is blessed with super volunteers from around the world who are competent, dedicated, and passionate for the kingdom. They are closer to the Global Partner staff and those they serve and offer PEER Servants a much more attractive means of being good stewards in building a small, paid Global Management Team that can better manage the hundreds of PEER Servants Volunteers. This is what we are calling our Global Management Team Initiative and we plan to make our first hires within it in early 2026.
